THE MANAGEMENT POLICY OF PETROMAR PLC AIMS TO ENSURE INCREASING EFFICIENCY OF THE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES TO CREATE CONDITIONS FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL GROWTH OF THE COMPANY ACCORDING TO THE NEEDS AND THE EXPECTATIONS OF THE STAKEHOLDERS.

For the implementation of its Management Policy, the management of Petromar PLC puts its efforts in the following directions:

• Improvement of the processes and activities connected with the business with petroleum products in compliance with the needs and expectations of the stakeholders and for meeting the requirements concerning the integration to the European Union;
• Maintenance and creation of the required conditions for increasing the efficiency of the Integrated Management System according to the requirements of the International Standards ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004;
• Efficient use of all opportunities for increasing the investment attractiveness of Petromar PLC;
• Extending the scope and improving the system for information management of processes for the purpose of improving the capabilities for data collection and analysis;
• Efficient use of all legal authorities for environmental protection and improvement;
• Undertaking efficient actions to prevent contamination of environment;
• Ensuring compliance with the applicable normative requirements concerning environment at Petromar PLC;
• Increasing the motivation of the personnel through the provision of better work conditions and prospects for development;
• Improvement of the technical and social infrastructure;
